Anthony has worked at Goodwin Village since 1984. As Chief Executive Officer, he leads and manages all aspects of the organisation’s day to day operations, its people and resources.

Anthony has overseen many changes at Goodwin Village as it has grown significantly over the past 40 years, including several upgrades and extensions to the residential care building, construction of retirement units, and the establishment Goodwin Village’s presence in the community care sector in Donald and district.

Anthony’s focus is to provide the facilities, programs and staff to meet the required quality and individual aged care and lifestyle outcomes for the residents of Donald and surrounding communities.

As Corporate Services Manager, Kathy manages Goodwin Village’s staff and oversees its operational activities and human resources.

goodwin village staff michelle

As Business Manager, Michelle oversees Goodwin Village’s financial resources so that all revenue and budget goals and compliance requirements are maintained.

Five years after joining Goodwin Village, Michelle still loves her job — where something different is happening each day.

Michelle also has a personal connection to the Village: her 96-year-old grandmother lived at Goodwin Village for three years, while her 92-year-old grandfather currently lives on site — and loves the whole experience.

goodwin village staff lynne

As Care Manager, Lynne is responsible for ongoing client assessment, including development and review of care plans in consultation with clients, their families and other care providers.

Lynne trained to be an Enrolled Nurse and began her nursing career in acute and aged care. She worked at Donald’s local hospital for a further decade, and when the position of Supervisor at Goodwin Village came up in 1994, Lynne promptly applied — it was a place she had always wanted to work.

Having completed her Bachelor of Nursing at Latrobe University in 2008, Lynne’s passion to work in aged care has never diminished. For Lynne, it has always been rewarding to know that sharing her knowledge and enthusiasm can enhance the lives of Goodwin Village’s residents.
